Meet Sue Miller, author of "The Lake Shore Limited"

| Join award-winning author Sue Miller at the WELLESLEY FREE LIBRARY. Sue is the featured speaker for the second of two Arnold Lectures, hosted by the Friends of the Wellesley Free Libraries. Her latest book, The Lake Shore Limited, is a deeply felt, deeply human exploration of the intricate workings of relationships: the things we try to hold onto, and the things we desperately want to let go of. The book centers on four people all affected by the loss of the same man on 9/11. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sue Miller was born in Chicago in 1943. She is the bestselling author of nine novels including The Good Mother, While I Was Gone and The Distinguished Guest and Lost in the Forest, (both reissued in July 2010) the acclaimed memoir The Story of My Father and the Richard & Judy hit The Senator's Wife. She serves as the chair of PEN, New England. Sue Miller lives in Boston, Massachusetts. |
