Benjamin Busch to read from "Dust to Dust"
11/02/2012 7:00 pm
Event Image:
Join actor, writer, and film director Benjamin Busch as he reads from his memoir Dust to Dust. The book has it's genesis in a number of altering events, notably Busch's return from war and the deaths of his parents-his father was the acclaimed novelist Frederick Busch. Busch writes of a childhood spent in rural upstate New York, and how his youthful encounters -- with the water of the nearby river, the soil of his mother's garden, the wood of the surrounding forests -- are tied to his later experiences in war, and lead to his ruminations on the larger questions of life and death, permanence and loss.
