Come meet Jane O'Connor, author of the Fancy Nancy books!
Start: 2:00 pm
End: 4:00 pm
Put on your fanciest outfits and join us on Saturday, December 12th at 2PM, when Jane O’Connor, author of the oh-so-fabulous Fancy Nancy books, will give a presentation and sign books for fans in a free, public event jointly sponsored by Wellesley Booksmith and The Morse Institute Library. Join us at Wilson Middle School in Natick for this wonderful opportunity to meet the author of the new Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas and get Fancy Nancy books signed to all of the kids on your holiday shopping list! Jane O’Connor, a graduate of Smith College, has written more than thirty books for children. The first Fancy Nancy book spent 98 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. She lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, works as a children’s book editor, and loves to travel. Door will open at 1 pm and the program will begin at 2 pm. Books will be available for purchase at the event. Consider arriving early, as numbered tickets handed out at the door will determine your place in the signing line. Note that holiday shopping traffic may extend your driving time and you should therefore plan accordingly! Please call Wellesley Booksmith at (781) 431-1160 with any questions. We look forward to seeing you!
